Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and passionate Education and Psychology Graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in welcoming and supportive Primary Schools across Islington, North London.

Location: Islington, North London
Pay: £95-£100 per day (PAYE)
Start Date: ASAP

Opportunities: Full-time, long-term and flexible supply roles

What will you be doing?

Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in engaging classroom environments.

Working 1:1 and in small groups with children who require additional support.

Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEND), including Autism (ASD), ADHD and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Helping teachers deliver creative, engaging and inclusive lessons.

Building positive relationships with pupils and supporting their confidence, independence and academic progress.

What we're looking for:

A degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies or a related subject.

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.

A positive, patient and proactive attitude.

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential!
