You don't need previous recruitment experience. What matters is your attitude, commercial awareness, work ethic and willingness to learn.

With structured training, ongoing support and uncapped commission, you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and build your own recruitment desk in the education sector.

Salary and Commission

£30,000 starting base salary

Uncapped commission from day one

Year 1 OTE: £35,000-£40,000

Year 2 OTE: £40,000+

Recruitment is a fast-paced, target-driven career. You'll need to be comfortable speaking to new people, managing competing priorities and staying motivated when things don't go to plan.
