Shift Maintenance Engineer (weekends/days)

Job description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer with Mechanical experience to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a commercial site based in Mayfair.

PLEASE NOTE: This position is working on weekend days, Saturday, and Sunday, 7AM-7PM.

Schedule - Saturday, Sunday
Working hours – 7AM-7PM. 36 hours per week.
Pay- £33 per hour CIS
Location – Mayfair
As a Maintenance Operative your duties will be but not limited to

General reactive maintenance on site.
This may include changing light bulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves. Patch plaster. Rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
Pre Planned Maintenance and compliance checks.
Building inspections.
Mechanical inspections/maintenance on chillers, fan coils, etc.
Required skills and qualifications

Experience working within a commercial FM environment
Experience working in Mechanical Building Maintenance.
NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (desired).
