Night Warehouse Operative

Salary: £31,500 per annum + £2,500 salary increase upon successful completion of X-Ray Training
Location: Langley
Job Type: Full-time, 4 on 4 off Nights
Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Night Warehouse Operative to join their busy operation in Langley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse and logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their skills further.

Following successful completion of the company's X-Ray Training programme, your salary will increase by an additional £2,500 per annum .

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.

Receiving, checking and processing inbound and outbound freight.

Sorting and scanning shipments accurately.

Preparing freight for dispatch and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.

Conducting warehouse checks to maintain accuracy and security of stock.

Following company procedures and standard operating processes.

Ensuring all goods are handled safely and in line with security requirements.

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively to meet operational deadlines.

Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous warehouse, logistics or freight forwarding experience is desirable.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication skills.

Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems.

A flexible and reliable approach to work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to complete X-Ray Training.
