Part-Time Van Driver

Job description

Are you an experienced van driver looking for flexible work? JT Recruit is seeking reliable and motivated Van Drivers to join our team on behalf of a reputable client. This is an ad-hoc role with varying hours that could range from 1 to 3 days per week, depending on business needs.
Start Times: Between 3:00 AM and 8:00 AM
Work Involves: Nationwide deliveries, heavy lifting, and site clearance
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering goods across the country (1-3 drops per shift).
Loading and unloading the van, including heavy lifting.
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and road rules.
Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
Occasionally working on sites that may include mud and dirt (weather-dependent).
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous commercial driving experience is essential.
License: A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
Language Skills: Good understanding of English.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy items.
Flexibility: Comfortable with variable working days and start times.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
