Location: Bournemouth, New Forest (Ashley Heath)
Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour (first 40 hours)
Overtime Rate: £21.15 per hour after 40 hours
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30–17:30, plus two Saturdays per month
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Job Description
Resolve Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for an experienced Front Loading Shovel Driver to join a well-established operation in New Forest (Ashley Heath).
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious operator seeking a temporary-to-permanent position, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will be responsible for safely operating a front loading shovel, supporting day-to-day site operations and ensuring work is completed efficiently and in accordance with health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front loading shovel in line with site procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Load, move and handle materials efficiently as required.
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report any defects or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow site instructions and work effectively alongside other team members.
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Working Hours and Pay

• Monday to Friday, 06:30–17:30.
• Two Saturdays per month.
• £16.50 per hour for the first 40 hours worked.
• £21.15 per hour for hours worked over 40, in accordance with the agreed overtime arrangements.
• Temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the successful candidate.

Requirements

• A valid Front Loading Shovel licence is essential.
• Previous experience operating a front loading shovel is preferred.
• Good awareness of workplace health and safety procedures.
• A reliable, punctual and professional approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work the advertised hours, including two Saturdays per month.
