We’re on the lookout for a commercially minded leader to join our team as a Regional Commercial Leader. In this highly visible role, you’ll bridge the gap between Regional Leadership and Store Leadership, working closely with Store Managers and senior stakeholders to:

• Identify opportunities
• Improve performance
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across the region

Instead of managing a large direct team, you’ll influence, coach, and support leaders to achieve stronger commercial outcomes. If you thrive on developing others and making a tangible impact across multiple locations, this is your chance to shape the success of an entire region!

• Partner with Store Leaders to drive commercial performance across the region.
• Utilize sales and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and performance trends.
• Coach and develop leaders to enhance capability, confidence, and results.
• Support stores in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive the successful implementation of new products, propositions, and strategic initiatives.
• Share best practices and help create consistently high-performing teams.
• Challenge constructively and influence decision-making for improved business outcomes.
• Foster a culture of ethical, compliant, and customer-focused selling.
• Spend regular time in stores, observing performance and providing real-time coaching.

• Experience leading performance across multiple retail locations or business units.
• Background in telecoms, connectivity, consumer electronics, or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Proven track record of improving sales and operational performance through coaching.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with performance data and KPIs.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region.

• Previous experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or similar roles.
• Experience coaching and developing Store Managers or senior retail leaders.
• Proven ability to lead change and embed new ways of working.
• Knowledge of commercial compliance and regulated sales environments.
• Experience supporting business transformation or large-scale operational change.
