Teaching Assistants Wanted - Maidstone & Surrounding Areas

Are you passionate about helping children learn, grow and thrive? We're looking to connect with Teaching Assistants in Maidstone and the surrounding areas as we continue to expand our candidate pool for upcoming opportunities in local primary schools.

We're interested in hearing from people who are enthusiastic about education and happy to support pupils across a variety of year groups, from Early Years through to Year 6.

What the role may involve:

• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Providing additional support to pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
• Helping children develop their confidence, independence and learning skills.
• Supporting positive behaviour and maintaining an inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapting to the needs of different age groups and abilities.

What you'll need:

• A positive, patient and flexible approach.
• A willingness to work across all primary year groups.
• A DBS certificate, or be willing to apply for a new one.
• A Level 3 qualification in a relevant childcare or education subject is preferred.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage.

Location: Maidstone and surrounding areas
Hours: Full-time
