Job description

Siamo Recruitment is currently looking for VNA Drivers to start at their prestigious client's site based in Corby, NN18.
The shift pattern: Full Time
Rota : Monday to Friday
Shifts available:
6am-2pm, £16.45ph

8am - 4pm - £16.45ph

10am-7pm £16.98
2pm-10pm, £16.98ph
10pm-6am, £17.51 per hour
Overtime: £20.69-£22.28 per hour
Overtime is regularly available.
Please not the £20 incentive payment is included in the above rates This rate is paid for every full shift that is completed.(Please note this bonus in in place until 31st December 2026) The rates will then amend to the below;
If you do not complete the shift the rate will be
6am-2pm - £13.79

8am - 4pm - £13.79

10am-7pm - £14.32
2pm 10pm - £14.32
10pm-6am - £14.85
To qualify for the payment, the employee must complete their full scheduled shift
Overtime shifts will not increase the bonus beyond the maximum payment of £100 per week.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently operate VNA trucks to facilitate the movement of materials within the warehouse.
Perform tasks including order picking, sorting, stacking, and quality checks.
Safely handle and transport goods to designated storage areas.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment before each shift and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements:
An external VNA license is required. However, in-house VNA licenses can be considered depending on experience on the truck.
Good level of English.
Demonstrated experience operating VNA trucks within warehouse or distribution environments.
