Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Paying: £13.00 per hour
Location: Central Solihull
Duration: Temporary for 12 weeks
Hours: Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.00
We are recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Advisor to join a fabulous well-known brand within a small but busy inbound contact centre.
With excellent call handling and customer service skills t he role will involve a combination of face-to-face customer interaction, handling incoming telephone calls, and general administrative duties.
You will be:

• Providing general support to Business Owners managing a variety of questions via phone and email ensuring an excellent customer service experience is delivered.
• Updating various records and inbox management
• Learning on the role and training, you will obtain a lot of information on the business to become a specialist.
• Demonstrating your excellent customer service and good call management skills you will be competent working under pressure.
