Production Operative
£12.71+ per hour, Horsham and surrounding areas, Various Monday to Friday day shifts, Temporary, Weekly pay, Holiday pay, Workplace pension

The Role

We are looking for reliable Production Operatives for temporary assignments across Horsham and the surrounding areas. Roles will vary between clients but may include:

Working on production and assembly lines

Assembling and preparing products

Packing, labelling and checking finished goods

Operating basic production machinery following training

Carrying out quality checks

Preparing materials for production

Loading and unloading materials

Meeting daily production targets

Keeping work areas clean and safe

Requirements

Previous production, manufacturing, assembly or warehouse experience would be desirable, although requirements will vary between assignments. You will need to be reliable, comfortable with hands-on work and happy working within a busy team.

Own transport is highly desirable due to some assignments being based on rural industrial estates around Horsham.

This role could suit someone who has worked as a Manufacturing Operative, Assembly Operative or Factory Operative.
