We are currently recruiting Packing/Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing facility in the Stansted / Elsenham area.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a clean, modern with excellent facilities and a supportive team. Due to the location and shift times, own transport is necessary .

Pay Rates

Early Shift: £13.45 per hour

Late Shift: £13.65 per hour

Shift Patterns

Early Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm

Late Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

The Role

Working as part of a production team, you will be responsible for packing and preparing finished products for dispatch while maintaining high quality standards.

Duties include:

Loading bottles onto production machinery

Applying lids to finished products

Packing products into boxes

Moving and stacking completed boxes as required

Carrying out visual quality checks

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Following site health and safety procedures

Tasks are rotated approximately every two hours to keep the role varied and engaging.

Requirements

Safety boots are essential

Good attention to detail

Reliable and punctual

Able to work on your feet throughout the shift

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Previous production, packing, warehouse or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
