MGF is a leading UK provider of temporary works and excavation support solutions, helping construction and civil engineering projects operate safely and efficiently. As part of the sales team, you'll learn how MGF works with customers to understand their requirements, identify suitable solutions and coordinate with technical, engineering, operations and depot colleagues. Building customer relationships: Understanding customers' projects, developing trust and maintaining long-term relationships.
Learning technical solutions: Developing knowledge of MGF's temporary works and excavation support equipment.
Visiting customers and sites: Learning how construction projects operate and how MGF supports them.
Developing new business: Identifying potential customers, following up leads and building sales opportunities.
Growing existing accounts: Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to develop business.
Working collaboratively: Coordinating with technical, engineering, operations and depot teams.
Developing commercial skills: Learning about quotations, pricing, customer requirements and sales opportunities.
Taking ownership: Managing your time, following up commitments and seeing opportunities through.
