HGV Class 2 (C) Driver – Sherburn in Elmet
£19.27ph - £24.05ph | Weekly Pay | Block Bookings| Days

StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 2 (C) drivers for ongoing store delivery work based in Sherburn in Elmet. We're looking for day drivers, with regular weekly block bookings available and consistent work on offer. This is a well-run operation with a modern fleet, friendly transport team, and secure on-site parking.
Pay Rates (PAYE)
Days (Mon–Fri): £17.20ph plus holiday pay, or £19.27ph including holiday pay
Saturday: £19.67ph plus holiday pay, or £22.04ph including holiday pay
Sunday: £20.56ph plus holiday pay, or £23.04ph including holiday pay
Bank Holiday: £21.46ph plus holiday pay, or £24.05ph including holiday pay
What the role involves
You'll be completing store deliveries using a modern, well-maintained fleet. Shifts are typically 8–11 hours, with 8 hours guaranteed per shift, giving you consistency and reliable earnings week to week.
Start times: 04:00 – 06:00
Rota: Thursday to Monday
Our ideal candidate
Holds a valid HGV Class 2 (C) licence held for at least 12 months'
Has a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD codes)
StaffCo Direct provides weekly pay, paid induction, an easy online timesheet system, and ongoing support through a dedicated team. You'll have access to consistent bookings, immediate starts, PPE provided, and a straightforward way to manage your availability.
