The ideal Teaching Assistant will:
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across primary settings where appropriate
Provide individual and small-group support to help pupils access learning
Help maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
Adapt confidently to different schools, classrooms and age groups
Teaching Assistant requirements:
Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting
A flexible, proactive and reliable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
L2-L3 TA qualification or as a minimum - GCSE Maths & English C-grade/equivalent
