Internal Sales Executive

Location: Norwich
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 + Monthly Bonus | OTE £31,000–£42,800

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join a growing business in Norwich.

Combining account management with proactive business development, this role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and maximising sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

Managing incoming enquiries and following up quotations.

Developing relationships with new and existing customers.

Generating new business through outbound calls and prospecting.

Growing customer accounts and achieving sales targets.

Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in internal sales, account management or business development.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.

A drive to achieve targets and develop new business.

Experience in construction, plant hire or equipment hire would be advantageous but is not essential.

£30,000–£32,000 basic salary plus monthly performance bonuses.

Realistic OTE of £31,000–£42,800.
