Job description

Our Heathrow branch is seeking Warehouse Operatives (known internally as Vault Operatives) to support our drivers in loading and distribution of cash throughout our branch network.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: £14.06 per hour, rising to £15.06 per hour after probation, plus London allowance of £1725 per annum
Shifts : Rotating - mids (14:00 - 22:00) and nights (22:00 - 06:00), including weekends.

The role
As a Vault Operative, you will assist the management team in the day-to-day operation of the branch, including supporting with a fleet of high spec security armoured vehicles.
Reporting to the shift manager, you will be responsible for collating deliveries and collections as well as the safe loading and unloading of customers' money.
You will provide an effective communication chain between branch management and road crew, as well as liaising and communicating with customers on day-to-day service and operational requirements.
