Forklift Driver – Reach Location: Warwick Pay: £13.50 to £13.75 per hour Job type: Permanent Shift: Days Benefits: Paid every Wednesday; permanent employment opportunity About the role The company is seeking an experienced Reach Forklift Driver to support efficient warehouse operations in Warwick. You will help move, store and prepare goods safely and accurately while maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety. Key responsibilities

• Operating a reach forklift truck safely and responsibly
• Loading, unloading and relocating stock within the warehouse
• Placing goods into racking and retrieving items when required
• Checking goods for visible damage and reporting any issues
• Supporting picking, put-away and general warehouse activities
• Following site procedures, health and safety requirements and manual-handling guidance
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised
• Working effectively with colleagues to meet daily operational requirements Skills and qualifications
• A valid and recognised Reach Forklift Truck licence or certificate
• Previous experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Good awareness of warehouse health and safety procedures
• Ability to work accurately and follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual and willing to support wider warehouse duties
• Good communication and teamwork skills
