ABOUT THE ROLE

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
  • Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship

  • Follow individual care plans and support resident wellbeing
  • Spend one-on-one time with residents and encourage independence
  • Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding care
  • Create positive experiences and memorable moments for residents

No two days are the same, making this a rewarding opportunity to use your skills while making a real difference to people's lives.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who is kind and passionate about caring for older people. To join us as a Care Assistant, you'll have:

  • Some experience caring for older people
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A warm, empathetic approach
  • A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care

Above all, you'll bring compassion, respect and a person-centred approach to everything you do. In return, we'll provide the training and support you need to thrive.

REWARDS PACKAGE
As well as competitive pay, you'll enjoy:

  • Flexible working patterns that fit around your lifestyle
  • Free learning and development opportunities
  • Ongoing training and career development
  • A supportive and welcoming team environment
  • The opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading care providers

As this is a Bank position, you'll provide cover for annual leave, sickness and busy periods, so your hours and days of work will vary.

If you'd like to use your people skills in an organisation that provides the quality care you'd expect for your loved ones, this is the place to be.
