The Role

Remedy Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across schools in East London.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities.

Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required.

Helping pupils understand tasks and stay engaged in lessons.

Preparing learning resources and assisting with classroom activities.

Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil participation.

Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

Helping maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.

A positive, patient and enthusiastic attitude.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Confidence supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs.

A flexible and reliable approach to work.

A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
