ROLE: Warehouse Order Picker LOCATION: Northampton NN4 22:00pm - 06:00am £15.33/hr up to 37.5hrs worked. £19.84/hr after 37.5hrs worked. £25:74/hr after midday on a Saturday/Sunday and Weekends ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Temp to Perm opportunity (Not just until Christmas), 33 days holiday, overtime available, pay parity from day 1, Subsidised Canteen, Free Parking Are you a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking experienced Warehouse Order Pickers to join our client and contribute to their success in delivering exceptional service to their customers. Company Profile We are working in partnership with leading pharmaceutical firm to supply Logistics staff to their National Distribution Centre. We are looking to work with individuals who are serious about a long-term opportunity and can ensure their commitment to this assignment. In this Warehouse Order Picker role you will need to be able to do the following.

Nightshift 2200-0600 Sunday to Thursday You must have experience on either a LLOP / PPT or oother MHE is essential. Refreshers will be provided but due to the fast-paced nature of the business it's important you are a competent driver. Work in a fast paced environment with occasional heavy lifting involved. Be looking for long term ongoing work. Full training is provided.

Duties to include: Picking Items for dispatch in a timely, accurate manner Packaging Items for dispatch to a high-quality standard Using a hand scanner to ensure correct stock is dispatched to the correct customer. Using a pallet truck or PPT to pick heavier items from the grid. Using voice picking headset to be guided to locations. Ensuring all health and safety requirements are always met.
