Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £17.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts

Class 1 Driver Required

Work Lyf Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver on behalf of our client.

This is a varied role involving the collection and delivery of vehicles to customer sites across the UK, as well as supporting operations within the yard during quieter periods. We are seeking a reliable and flexible driver who is happy to get involved in all areas of the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport vehicles to customer and client sites.
• Collect vehicles from various locations and return them to the depot.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and clients.
• Assist with general yard duties when not carrying out driving tasks.
• Support vehicle movements within the yard.
• Ensure all paperwork and delivery documentation is completed accurately.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Excellent driving record and strong road safety awareness.
• Flexible and willing to assist with yard operations as required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience transporting or collecting vehicles would be advantageous.
