Location: Burton Latimer
Pay Rate: £14.06 - £15.71 per hour
Job Type: Full-time | Temporary ongoing | Temp to Perm Opportunity
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Shift Options:
Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 2:00pm | £14.06 per hour

Monday to Friday | 2:00pm - 10:00pm | £14.69 per hour

Sunday to Thursday | 10:00pm - 6:00am | £15.71 per hour

Counterbalance FLT Drivers Required - Burton Latimer
Quest Employment are currently recruiting Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based in Burton Latimer.
This is a great temp-to-perm opportunity for experienced Counterbalance Drivers looking for long-term work, weekly pay and the chance to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Valid external or in-house Counterbalance licences will be accepted.
The Role
As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, your duties may include:
Operating Counterbalance FLT equipment safely and efficiently

Moving stock around the warehouse

Loading and unloading goods

Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations

Picking and moving stock accurately

Completing general warehouse duties when required

Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe

Following all site health and safety procedures

Working as part of a busy warehouse team

What We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
Have previous Counterbalance FLT experience

Hold a valid external or in-house Counterbalance licence

Have previous warehouse experience

Have good awareness of warehouse health and safety

Have good attention to detail and accuracy

Are reliable, punctual and hardworking

Can work independently and as part of a team

Are looking for ongoing work with a temp-to-perm opportunity
