TRACTOR DRIVER Location: Spalding
Pay Rate: £14.00–£14.50 per hour
Shift: 06:30–18:30
Working Pattern: 6 days per week
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview CDS Labour is currently recruiting for an experienced Tractor Driver to join our client's team in Spalding.
Key Responsibilities Operating tractors safely and efficiently
Carrying out general agricultural duties as required
Following site health & safety procedures
Completing daily checks and reporting any issues
Supporting the wider farm team with day-to-day operations
Requirements Previous tractor driving experience
Valid tractor driving experience/qualification where required
Good understanding of health & safety procedures
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work 6 days per week and long shifts
Good communication and teamwork skills
