The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We're hiring on behalf of one of London's leading Quant recruitment firms. With top consultants billing over £1 million annually, the business has built a reputation for developing high-performing recruiters through exceptional training, mentorship, and market exposure.
You'll be joining alongside 3 other 2026 graduates in a collaborative, ambitious cohort designed to accelerate your growth from day one. This is an opportunity to enter a fast-paced, consultative sales environment where you'll build specialist knowledge within the quantitative finance market, work with elite clients and candidates, and have clear earning potential from the outset.

£ 28k base salary + commission on top
40% commission structure with no threshold to maximise earnings
Average OTE in year 1 is £ 50k+

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
360 recruitment – end to end
This involves undergoing your own business development and sourcing your own clients
Offering your specialist knowledge of the market and consulting clients on hiring plans
Sourcing their candidate through headhunting, cold calling, LinkedIn, and advertising
Screening them and setting up interviews for them
Negotiate their offer and contract
The Candidate We Want: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Intelligent – 2:1 or above from a top university
Minimum BBB at A Level
A strong sports background, playing to a high level
Evidence of hard work – Had a job from a young age and worked throughout education
Financially driven – A reason why you want to earn good money
Charismatic and salesy
