The Role
- Delivering elite customer service and honest supplement advice.
- Upselling and confidently explaining why premium products are worth the money.
- Managing the till, restocking shelves, and keeping the shop floor looking sharp.
- Handling multiple customers at once without panicking.
What We Need From You
- Real Gym Knowledge: You need to know the difference between whey isolate and beef protein, and why someone might take Citrulline Malate.
- Confidence: You can talk to anyone—from an 18-year-old buying their first tub of creatine to a 40-year-old regular picking your brain about macro splits.
- Reliability: 10:00 AM means you are ready to open the doors at 10:00 AM.
