Class 1 Night Trunk Driver – Normanton Location: Normanton
Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour
Hours: Approximately 9-hour shifts
Start Time: Between 18:00 and 20:00
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Ongoing Work

ABOUT THE ROLE Recruit A Driver is recruiting three Class 1 Night Trunk Drivers for ongoing work with a well-established client based in Normanton.
This is a straightforward trunking role using box trailers, ideal for drivers looking for consistent weekday night work.
THE ROLE Complete trunking runs using a Class 1 vehicle and box trailer

Transport goods safely between depots

Carry out daily vehicle safety checks

Complete required paperwork accurately

Comply with driver hours and working time regulations

Maintain professional driving standards and good timekeeping

REQUIREMENTS Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence

Previous Class 1 driving experience

Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card

Valid Digital Tachograph Card

Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach

Ability to meet the client's insurance criteria
