The opportunity As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own market, developing relationships with businesses and connecting them with the right talent.
Your responsibilities will include:
Winning new business and developing client relationships

Making outbound calls and generating leads

Headhunting candidates and building talent networks

Interviewing candidates and assessing their suitability

Managing vacancies and coordinating interview processes

Negotiating offers and closing deals

Building your own portfolio of clients and candidates

Working towards targets and growing your billings

Salary, commission and benefits £28,000 basic salary

Uncapped commission

Year 1 OTE: £40,000–£50,000

Year 2 OTE: £50,000–£75,000

Year 3 OTE: £75,000–£100,000+
