Internal Recruiter

Job description

Ready to take your recruitment career to the next level?

Fawkes & Reece is one of the UK's leading construction recruitment specialists, with 9 offices nationwide and 25 years of success behind us. As we continue to grow, our Talent Team is at the heart of our next chapter, and we're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Internal Recruiter to join us.

If you're an experienced agency recruiter who loves building relationships, thrives on delivering results and wants to make a genuine impact beyond your own desk, this could be the perfect next move.

The Opportunity

This isn't your typical internal recruitment role. You'll have real ownership, visibility across the business and the opportunity to influence how we attract and hire the people who drive our growth.

Working closely with hiring managers, Directors and senior stakeholders across our 9 UK offices, you'll recruit across a diverse range of positions, including Resourcers, Trainees, Recruitment Consultants at all levels, and support functions such as Payroll, Marketing, Credit Control and Administration.

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and headhunting through to interviews, offers and onboarding, playing a key role in shaping the future of Fawkes & Reece.

What You'll Be Doing

Head hunting top talent: Proactively sourcing, approaching and engaging high-calibre candidates.

Owning the recruitment process: Managing vacancies from initial briefing through to successful placement and onboarding.

Building relationships: Partnering with hiring managers and Directors to understand business needs and hiring priorities.

Driving results: Working towards clear KPIs and targets, balancing quality, pace and successful hires.

Selling the opportunity: Bringing our culture, career progression and brand to life to attract the right people.

Building talent pipelines: Developing networks to support our continued expansion.

Making an impact: Sharing market insight, improving recruitment processes and helping shape our Talent function.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who knows recruitment, enjoys the challenge and is hungry to achieve more.

Ideally, you'll have:

Proven recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment.

Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement skills.

A track record of working towards targets and delivering results.
