Role : Junior Delivery Manager
Rate: £415 Inside IR35
Location: 2 days per week onsite - Telford
Duration: 4 Months
Clearance: Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC level)
About the Role We are looking for a Junior Delivery Manager to join a critical public sector account. Working alongside the Senior Delivery Manager, you will coordinate and drive key changes across a high profile, mission critical platform.
You will wear driving delivery milestones while facilitating core Agile ceremonies, removing team impediments, and fostering continuous delivery improvement.
Key Responsibilities Agile Delivery and Scrum Facilitation Lead and coordinate project change requests, platform enhancements, and service improvements across multiple teams.
Facilitate core Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews).
Clear blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and support quarterly planning and release management.
Maintain clear visibility over progress, risks, and issues.
Stakeholder Management and Governance Build strong, trusted relationships with key public sector and internal delivery stakeholders.
