What You'll Bring to the Role

Essential Qualifications:

• A qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a minimum of 2 years of post-registration experience in a hospital setting.
• Active NMC registration and completion of a preceptorship programme.
• A strong understanding of NMC guidelines and a commitment to high-quality care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a positive attitude towards change and service improvement.
• Flexibility and innovation in your approach to practice.
