Position: Registered Mental Health Nurse

Salary: £37,386

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours/week, 3x 11.5 hour shifts)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in a hospital setting.

Please note: This role is not suitable for newly qualified nurses or those in preceptorship.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate effectively within a Multi-Disciplinary Team to promote the best interests of clients and their families.
• Ensure that prescribed nursing care is implemented effectively.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table

Essential Qualifications:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with at least 2 years of post-registration experience in a hospital setting.
• Active NMC registration and completion of a preceptorship program.
• Strong understanding of NMC guidelines and a commitment to high-quality care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace change and innovation.
