Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Havering

November Start | Full-Time | Temp to Perm | £92-£120 per day

The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment where pupils feel supported and can reach their potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.

Working with pupils in whole-class settings, small groups and on a 1:1 basis.

Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours.

Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs, including SEN where required.

Encouraging participation and helping maintain a safe, supportive classroom.

Building positive relationships with pupils, teachers and wider school staff.

What's on Offer?

Pay: £92-£120 per day, depending on experience.

Start date: November 2026.

Hours: Full-time.

Contract: Temp to perm, with the opportunity to become permanent after 16 weeks.

Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant.

Who Should Apply?
