Team Leader/ Senior Residential Support Worker - Children's Home EBD

Hemel Hempstead

£15.60PH- £16.50PH

£70 per sleep-in

We are currently working with a provider of children's care to recruit a Team Leader to work in a home in Hemel Hempstead for children with EBD.

This is an exciting role for an experienced Team Leader to join a company who are currently going through a time of growth and development.

To be successful in this role you must;

• Have at least 2 years of experience of supporting within a children's home
• Hold a NVQ Level 3 in children and young peoples residential care - ESSENTIAL
• Have experience of working with children and young people with learning disabilities and EBD.
• Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
