Customer Support Analyst / Application Support

Job description

We have a new role in our Technical Support Department for an office-based individual who is a tech savvy problem solver, with an interest in consumer electronics and is looking to be a part of a dynamic team, serving as a vital link between our Service and Customer Service departments.
The successful applicant would work alongside our Product Specialist and report directly to our Technical Services Manager. Upholding our first-class technical & sales support to both trade professionals and end-users via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

• Providing our internal teams with technical support.
• Oversight and day-to-day management of our spare parts database, ensuring the accuracy of compatible spare parts throughout our brands.
• Acting as the conduit between our Service and Customer Services Department, helping to manage our service administration and collating spare part orders for our Customer Services Manager.
• Keen interest in electronics and/or audio-visual equipment.

*Comfortable working with business software and digital systems.
- Experience with AV, home audio, smart home, or customer electronics (even as hobbyist).
