Grad Recruitment Consultant | £28,000–£35,000 + Commission | London
Are you looking to dive straight into your recruitment career?
Our client is a specialist global talent acquisition business, working with some of the world's leading hedge funds, investment managers and financial services firms.
They are looking for a driven, personable Graduate/Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their team.
No previous recruitment experience needed!
What will you'll be doing? Researching and identifying high-calibre candidates

Building and managing long-term candidate relationships

Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement

Learning from an experienced and supportive team

Progressing quickly based on your performance

You will need to be someone who is: Naturally personable, confident and curious

Ambitious and motivated by earning potential

Hard-working with a genuine desire to succeed

Comfortable building relationships with senior professionals

Commercially minded but not a stereotypical "sales" personality

Someone who is down-to-earth, collaborative and keen to learn

Previous work experience alongside/after university is a strong plus
