Join our Rapport team as a Dedicated Network Receptionist , based at a prestigious British multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory firm, located in the vibrant heart of the City of London near Fenchurch Street . This is a varied role that combines the stability of a client site with the flexibility of supporting multiple locations across London and the M25 on our network team.

You'll spend approximately:
60% of your time at our client site, acting as the face of the business and delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience.
40% of your time as part of our Network Team, providing the same exceptional front of house experience through reception cover and support across a range of our prestigious client locations.

Type of contract: Full-time, this is a permanent role with an initial 12-month placement in a 60/40 split position, combining a client-site reception role with mobile reception support across our network. After this period, you'll either continue in the split role on a permanent basis or transition into a permanent full-time Network Team position.

Hours: 40 per week (Monday - Friday on a shift rota basis between 7 AM - 9 PM)

Salary: £33,258 per annum

Location: Various locations throughout London and the M25 (including the West End, the City, Canary Wharf, and Greater London)
