Weekend Counterbalance FLT Driver

Job description

Xpert Recruitment Solutions Ltd is currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a permanent position within a busy warehouse and production environment.

Candidates must hold a valid, in-date external Counterbalance FLT licence and be confident carrying out a variety of warehouse and forklift duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking for a permanent role with a 40-hour weekly contract.

Shift Pattern
The role operates on the following shift pattern:

Saturday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Night shifts: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM on Monday and Tuesday, or Wednesday and Thursday.

Contract: 40 hours per week.

Please note that the night shift days will be either Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday and Thursday.
Key Responsibilities

Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.

Stacking and moving stock within the warehouse.

Loading and unloading goods from production areas.

Loading products onto MAV.

Picking orders and handling materials as required.

Moving stock and materials between warehouse and production areas.

Supporting the smooth running of warehouse and production operations.

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Following all company health and safety procedures.

Requirements

A valid, in-date external Counterbalance FLT licence is essential.

Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is desirable.

Experience operating a counterbalance forklift safely.

Good attention to detail and a strong focus on health and safety.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Ability to work the specified shift pattern.

A flexible and proactive approach to warehouse duties.
