Job Title: Communal Cleaner
Location: Leeds

Salary: £9,913.80 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Part-Time

Hours: 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with possible additional 3-hour weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities:
Clean communal areas, including hallways, staircases, courtyards, paths and bin stores.

Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop and carry out litter picking.

Clean windows within easy reach.

Keep cleaning equipment and storage areas secure.

Report any repairs or maintenance issues.

Follow health and safety procedures and COSHH guidelines.

Requirements:
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Able to follow cleaning schedules and use own initiative.
