Night Shift Production Manager

Full-Time | Permanent

Night shift for the first 12 months

The successful candidate will work a night-shift pattern for the first 12 months of employment , with the working pattern reviewed after this period.

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday: 5:00pm - 1:30am

Friday: 4:30pm - 11:30pm

The role offers a £45,000 basic salary plus a 25% night-shift allowance , providing earnings in the region of £55,000 whilst working nights .

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

Managing daily production activities to ensure delivery against production schedules

Planning labour and resources to meet operational requirements

Monitoring output, productivity and performance targets

Leading and developing production teams to achieve operational objectives

Leading daily team briefings and maintaining clear communication across the operation

Identifying and resolving production issues that could impact delivery deadlines

Ensuring the availability of materials, equipment and resources required for production
