What you will be doing:
Headhunting and sourcing candidates
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
Winning new business and developing existing accounts
Writing engaging job adverts and managing applications
Arranging interviews and managing the recruitment process
Advising candidates and clients throughout the process
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Working towards personal and team targets
Building your own network and developing market expertise
