Bristol | £26,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission | Full-Time | Permanent
Are you a recent graduate or currently working in sales, business development, customer service, insurance, estate agency, retail, hospitality, or another target-driven role?
We're looking for ambitious individuals to join iO Associates as a Graduate Recruitment & Sales Consultant. No recruitment experience is required. Through our Princess Royal Training Award-winning training programme, you'll receive the support, coaching and development needed to build a successful career in recruitment and sales.

What You'll Be Doing Winning new business and developing client relationships
Booking meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers

Managing recruitment processes from first conversation to placement
