Trainee Recruitment Consultant iO Associates | Defence & National Security | Bristol £26,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission | Full-Time | Permanent iO Associates is looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals to join our Defence & National Security recruitment team in Bristol. What You'll Be Doing Recruitment is a people-focused sales career. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the recruitment process while building your own client base and specialist market within the Defence & National Security sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing new business and identifying commercial opportunities
Making outbound sales calls and booking client meetings
Building relationships with defence organisations, technology businesses, and hiring managers
Negotiating commercial terms and recruitment agreements
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Speaking with and qualifying candidates
Managing the recruitment process through to placement
Developing specialist knowledge of the Defence & National Security market
Building your professional network and personal brand
Working towards individual and team sales targets
