The Role

As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, supporting retail, trade, and workshop clients by efficiently identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable service every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and supply the correct parts to retail, trade, and internal workshop customers.
• Process orders, check stock availability, and manage inventory using MAM Software (such as Autopart or similar systems).
• Provide technical advice and product knowledge to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate sales, order, and inventory records.
• Deliver outstanding customer service across all interactions.
• Assist with stock control, goods inward/outward processes, and merchandising of parts displays.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

About You

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Sales Advisor, or in a similar automotive parts role.
• Experience using MAM Software such as Autopart, Trader, or equivalent systems.
• Strong knowledge of automotive or commercial vehicle parts and components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A highly organized approach with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
