Our growing business is currently looking for talented and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to work exclusively with global clients specialising in the Quantitative Finance sector from Investment Banking and Capital Market, Trading to Financial Technology.

The role; This is a full life cycle recruitment role with global household name clients to work with.

You will be expected to expand the company's network of best talents in the industry.

Facilitating negotiations between clients and candidates, account management, business negotiation and market discussion.

The right candidate; Experienced in Recruitment or Sales or demonstrable interest in starting a career in Recruitment within the financial services sector (Quant Finance).

Good understanding of the Financial Markets functions, or ability to pick up technical concepts in Capital Market space.

Minimum bachelor's degree from a well-recognised university Consistent professional history Competitive and highly driven for success Incredibly personable and confident with a persuasive nature Exceptional communication skills
