Our client is a well-established and specialist business operating within the water industry, providing innovative solutions and services to support a range of customer and industry needs. With a strong focus on quality, reliability and customer service, they have built a reputation for delivering effective solutions within their field.

They are now looking to welcome a new member to their customer services team in Pershore, offering the opportunity to join a dedicated business in a supportive working environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, managing enquiries and ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and accurately.

No prior industry experience is required as full training, support and learning paths will be provided so long as you enjoy working as part of a busy team, have strong communication skills and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

-Handle incoming customer enquiries, ensuring they are directed to the relevant department where necessary -Manage and update customer cases on internal systems, ensuring information is accurate -Maintaining regular communication with customers, providing updates to ensure they are kept informed throughout the entire process -Preparing and managing customer returns documentation -Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day running of customer service operations Candidate Attributes: -Ability to provide exceptional customer service -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Organised, with a strong attention to detail -Positive, proactive approach to problem solving -Team player and a willingness to support a wider team Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5pm Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum depending on experience + benefits including free parking, annual bonus scheme, healthcare cash plan, life assurance, length of service awards and regular company events
