Junior Recruitment Consultant – US Technical Market Location: Northwich, Cheshire Working Pattern: Hybrid Salary: £25,000–£35,000 basic salary DOE + uncapped commission Start Your Career in Recruitment with Delve Search Are you a recent graduate or someone with experience in sales, customer service or another people-focused role, looking for a career with real earning potential and progression? Delve Search is an established specialist technical recruitment business based in Northwich, and we're growing our US recruitment team.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, personable and driven Junior Recruitment Consultant to join us and develop a career within technical recruitment. You don't necessarily need previous recruitment experience. We're more interested in your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn. If you're confident speaking to people, enjoy building relationships and are motivated by achieving results, this could be an excellent opportunity to get started.

You'll work with interesting technical businesses across the United States, helping them find the talent they need while building your own network, developing commercial skills and earning uncapped commission. What Will You Be Doing? Following a structured training and development period, you'll take responsibility for managing recruitment assignments and developing relationships with clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Identifying new business opportunities and developing new client relationships. Sourcing, approaching and engaging with technical candidates. Proactively introducing suitable candidates to potential employers. Taking detailed job briefs and understanding client requirements. Managing vacancies throughout the recruitment process, from initial briefing to placement. Coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and helping to close successful placements.

Developing your own specialist market knowledge, professional network and reputation. You'll receive training and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence needed to become a successful recruitment consultant. What Are We Looking For? We're interested in people who are motivated to learn, enjoy working with others and want to build a long-term career in a commercial environment. You could be a recent graduate or have experience in areas such as: Sales or business development. Estate agency or property.

Call centres or customer service. Account management or other client-facing roles. Recruitment or another target-driven environment. Previous recruitment experience isn't essential. What's important is that you are: Confident communicating with people , particularly over the phone. Personable and relationship-focused , with the ability to build rapport. Tenacious and resilient , with the determination to keep going when things get challenging. Organised and proactive , able to manage your workload and prioritise effectively.

Commercially minded , motivated by achieving targets and earning commission. Willing to learn , take feedback on board and follow a proven process. A team player who takes pride in working to shared company values. What's on Offer? £25,000–£35,000 basic salary , depending on experience. Uncapped commission , giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as you develop. Hybrid working, based from our Northwich office.
