iRecruit4 are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Drivers Mates to join a well-established company based in Swindon . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for flexible, ad-hoc work, ideally suited to those wanting to work a few days a week. This is a physical, hands-on role where you will work alongside a driver, assisting with deliveries, loading and unloading goods and ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently. You must be comfortable with manual handling and enjoy working as part of a team.

Hours, Pay & Benefits for Drivers Mate: £13.00 per hour Ad-hoc, flexible work Ideal for someone looking for a few days' work per week 6:00am starts, with flexibility required as start times may vary Must be able to reliably travel to site for a 6:00am start Finish times vary depending on delivery routes No weekend work Weekly pay Employee Benefits Package Monthly voucher incentives Pension contributions Wellness & health package Healthcare support Key Responsibilities for Drivers Mate: Working alongside a driver to complete daily deliveries Assisting with loading and unloading goods from vehicles Carrying out physical and manual handling duties Ensuring goods are handled carefully and safely Supporting the driver with deliveries and collections Working efficiently as part of a two-person delivery team Following all relevant health and safety procedures Providing a professional and friendly service to customers Requirements for Drivers Mate: Comfortable with physical work, including regular lifting and manual handling Able to reliably travel to the Swindon site for a 6:00am start Flexible with start and finish times Happy to work on an ad-hoc basis, with shifts offered depending on business requirements Reliable, punctual and hardworking Good communication and teamwork skills A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in Previous delivery or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential if you're interested in this role, please click apply today !
