Job description

Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire Salary: £47,025 per annum Job Type: Permanent The Opportunity

Carry out electrical inspection and testing, reactive repairs, fault finding and full rewiring.
Undertake electrical installations in kitchens, bathrooms and commercial heating systems.
Ensure all electrical work complies with current IET Wiring Regulations and relevant British Standards.
Complete and validate electrical certification through the appropriate NICEIC certification system.
Ensure safe isolation procedures are followed and testing equipment complies with GS38 guidance.
Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and other trades.
Respond promptly to emergency repairs and resolve faults efficiently.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, customer service and health and safety.
Maintain accurate job records, including photographic evidence where required.
Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota and support other contracts when required.
