GENERAL MANAGER – WINDSOR LEISURE CENTRE

Salary: Up to £55,000pa

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

As General Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day operation and performance of Windsor Leisure Centre.
• Inspire, motivate and develop your team to achieve their full potential.
• Drive financial performance, income generation and commercial growth.
• Champion excellent customer service, health and safety, and safeguarding.
• Build strong relationships with local schools, clubs and community partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, increase participation and make a lasting impact.

We’re looking for a confident, proactive and customer-focused leader with experience managing teams, budgets, operational performance and health and safety in a busy, customer-facing environment. Experience managing leisure pool facilities is essential.
